I am Leslie Vaughn, academic coach and creator of Merit Coaching Partners. With a love for the dynamic process and energy of learning, I have devoted my entire professional career to working with students. Trained and certified as a school psychologist, I have worked across K-12 and college environments in a variety of capacities. My experience with college students is both as an instructor, as well as an academic life coach. I have experience with traditional students, as well as those learning in non-traditional settings and online. Collectively, my professional experiences have granted me a unique perspective in working with students across the developmental continuum, as well as with students with learning and behavioral challenges. I hold a deep appreciation for the leap students make from high school into all levels of higher education. My coaching is directly aimed at supporting this particular season of academic and personal growth.
